Almond Martini
A almond-flavoured Vodkatini that delivers on its name. Best when made with tonka bitters (or vanilla bitters), adding balance and depth of flavour

I didn't have vanilla bitters so used vanilla extract and expressed lemon peel, then added as garnish. For my palate, this added a tart layer that balanced well with the amaretto and vodka.
