This is very good, I used Dolins dry vermouth and it was perfectly balanced for me. It really benefits from the lemon peel expressed over it.

I used Dead Man's Gingers spiced rum, and half a bar spoon of smoke flavouring...I really liked this!
I really liked this, but I felt the D.O.M was a little too dominant. I will try this again with a little lemon juice. However, I still really enjoyed this.
Very good, I reduced the sugar syrup as the raspberry syrup I have is very sweet, but this is a seriously nice drink, a little too drinkable!
To quote my husband, "fantastic ".
We loved this. For me, it's perfectly balanced but used Angostura bitters and used Strucchi rosso vermouth. Superb.
I made this using the x2 quantities. I used 25 ml of Agave, and wow, what a drink! We loved it.
I made this with my home made blackberry vodka. A little bit too drinkable! For me the Amaretto is the dominant flavour but I'm not complaining. It's very smooth and slips down easily.
I used Casamigas and let it warm up. Just gorgeous.
Used DMF"s spiced rum as it was the only one I had. Tempered the sweetness with Angostura bitters and orange zest...my goodness, that works!
I used Teelings Irish in place of blended Scotch and oh my goodness it was so good!!
I went 50/50 Campari and Strucchi vermouth with a block ice cube. Really good but for me, I made it too sweet so next time I will stick to the recipe! My husband, however, loved it!
I really like this. I was concerned that the maraschino would be over powering but it works well with everything else. I want to try it again with some citrus maybe, to temper the sweetness from the amaretto.
For me, perfection in a glass! My advice, let it dilute a little. Just gorgeous.
Just so good! My new go-to!
Too easy to drink! Very refreshing in flavour profile, we loved it.
I was looking for something to use my newly acquired Licor 43 in and I found this.
Making this for 2, I substituted Jalapeño tequila and used 90 ml of tequila blanco and 30 ml of Ancho Reyes red. No Cointreau so used Grand Marnier but followed the recipe for everything else.
Absolutely loved it!
A decent sized drink, very smooth, I might dial down the agave syrup as the licor 43 seemed sweet enough. Maybe 10 ml for 2 people or none at all!
Thoroughly enjoyed this!
Rather liked it but used brandy and sake, not plum sake. Not at all sweet for me so added 20 ml of amaretto (for 2 people) and a squeeze of orange juice. It works for me.
Didn't have the bitters so used 50/50 London dry gin and Skin gin (moroccan mint). Lovely. Herbaly and well balanced for mine and SO's palate.
I didn't have vanilla bitters so used vanilla extract and expressed lemon peel, then added as garnish. For my palate, this added a tart layer that balanced well with the amaretto and vodka.
I started off thinking I had all the ingredients but I didn't. So I used dry Vermouth, maybe 1 oz (was making for 2) and ¼ oz of amaretto, ¼ oz of lime and lemon. Very smooth and very more-ish.
