Plum sake, chilli spice and maraschino cherry delicately flavour cognac in this stirred, boozy after-dinner cocktail

Rather liked it but used brandy and sake, not plum sake. Not at all sweet for me so added 20 ml of amaretto (for 2 people) and a squeeze of orange juice. It works for me.
