Plum sake, chilli spice and maraschino cherry delicately flavour cognac in this stirred, boozy after-dinner cocktail

Rather liked it but used brandy and sake, not plum sake. Not at all sweet for me so added 20 ml of amaretto (for 2 people) and a squeeze of orange juice. It works for me.

What an odd combination of flavours.
Not great taste at all. Too sweet and truly disappointing !!!
I used Ancho Reyes as chilli liqueur which is good but honestly it does not go well With descent cognac! What a waste!
