Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
30 ml Cocchi Americano Rosa
15 ml Bigallet Genepi Grand Tetras
7.5 ml Pensador Joven Mezcal
1 barspoon Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
2 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
7.5 ml Ancho Reyes Verde chili liqueur
