4 slice Cucumber (fresh)
6 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

Garnish: Cucumber slice

How to make:

MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

So I "misread" the recipe and used 16 mint leaves. Used bottled-in-bond Evan Williams... Oh my! It's gone all too soon. What happened?!?
