Whilst sat in a Canarian bar drinking cocktails recommended by the bartender, we asked him where he had acquired the knowledge to be able create drinks tailored to our taste…Difford’s Guide was his reply. First thing we did when returning home was to order a copy and multiple editions since. We have now built up a wide selection of liquors and made some amazing cocktails over the past 18 years.
