Manhattan (Medium Dry)
A Dry Manhattan is just too dry for most, but this version, with bianco vermouth, is more approachable and is a cleansing alternative Sweet Manhattan

Delightful Manhattan variation. I used another bitters but the maraschino cherry is a must!
