Didn't work for me I'm afraid - didn't like the thick texture and that it wasn't translucent so didn't look appetising. It was weirdly sludgy. Did I do something wrong? Anyway, rescued it somewhat by using half the mixture in a tall ice-filled glass and topping up with fizzy water. Made a refreshing, lightly alcoholic spritz-type drink
