Keep coming back to this. I've tried it with various aged rums, and they have surprising little effect; settled on Luxadro Sangue Morlacco; but the greatest effect is the choice of chocolate bitters. Using Fee Brother's Aztec bitters made this sing like Coca Cola, just don't over do the angostura.
