The amaro should be Vecchio Amaro del Capo and the sherry should be Pedro Ximenez Very Sweet sherry, or even prune syrup but these are not properly listed...
I didn't see the note about using Vecchio del Capo instead of Averna until I had already measured it out - so I made 2 versions, one with Vecchio del Capo and one with Averna. The Vecchio del Capo version is much brighter and lighter - the Averna version is a distant cousin to the VdC. VdC here reminds me of the complexity of green Chartreuse, and a bit of mintiness of Fernet.
