The Poitín is very malty and complex, with notes of rubber and glue, and it grounds this Negroni-adjacent build which otherwise is decidedly bittersweet...
Great to see Poitín used to such good effect. Sits well in a coupe but is also great served on-the-rocks. Depending on tastes, some may want to use 5ml rose syrup in place of rosewater. Tasty!
