I'm serving a version of this cocktail on a menu that highlights Spanish influence on food and drink. It's really good!

I was skeptical about the apricot liqueur being overpowered by the Campari but I was wrong.
This is excellent : bitterness morphs into dryness with a subtle touch of sweetness.
