An elegant and beautifully balanced cocktail. Gin-wise, all we had was an Australian dry so we added a gentle dash of grapefruit bitters...worked nicely for us. Bravo to the creator.

A truly tasty martini, beautifully balanced measure of ingredients, allowing each to shine harmoniously, loved the addition of Italicus (which we've been struggling to find a use for). We did substitute Citadelle Jardin d'Été for the Haymans Citrus, and Dolin on the Vermouths as that's what is available to us here in the US. Just started making our way through the bartender contest list, but this drinks' a winner!!

Thank you for your recognition. In fact, this cocktail, like every Martini cocktail, doesn't have too many requirements for the Vermouths brand. You can adjust it according to your own taste and it has endless variations.
