Ginger ale is a brilliant mixer with all brandies, particularly cognac. A couple of dashes of bitters adds greatly this this combo

It's not complicated, but you can't really go wrong with this one. I like cognac and ginger ale and they pair nicely together

Simon, is there a typo in the spec or does it really call for 60ml of bitters?
