Ingredients:
1 23 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
4 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
  3. POUR all ingredients into a chilled glass.
  4. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Review:

Ginger ale is a brilliant mixer with all brandies, particularly cognac. A couple of dashes of bitters adds greatly this this combo.

It's not complicated, but you can't really go wrong with this one. I like cognac and ginger ale and they pair nicely together

Simon, is there a typo in the spec or does it really call for 60ml of bitters?
