¹⁄₂ fl oz	Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
¹⁄₄ fl oz	Tempus Fugit Brown Crème de Cacao à la Vanille Liqueur
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Chilli liqueur
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
2 dash	Angostura Cocoa Bitters
3 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or pinch of salt

How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of square of dark chocolate.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish

Garnish with square of chocolate.
