Ingredients:
1 fl oz Mexican corn whisky
12 fl oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
14 fl oz De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao
16 fl oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
16 fl oz Chilli liqueur
16 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of square of dark chocolate.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with square of chocolate.

A real hassle to make with all those ingredients in tiny measures, but the end result is great!

Save yourself some time and make it a double, you'll like it anyway 😉
