Enter Bols Cocktail Battle

Spark your imagination with the colourfulness of Bols liqueurs. Your recipe must include at least 20ml of your choice of Bols Liqueur.

Rules

• We advise no more than 7 ingredients.
• Make sure your ingredients are well defined with correct measurements in millilitres or fluid ounces. The use of 'dashes' and/or 'drops' is limited to bitters, hot pepper sauce and the like. Fruit juice quantities must also be stipulated, so a "squeeze of lime" is not acceptable.
• Homemade ingredients are permitted; however, the judges need to be able to replicate your recipe, so such ingredients should be simple and quick to make. (e.g. no complex processes or two-week infusions or lots of ingredients.)
• Any adjustments to ingredients and/or garnishes prior to use need to be described.
• Recipe must include a minimum of 20 ml of a Bols Liqueur.
• Upload a photograph of your cocktail.

• 25 points Expression of Bols product
• 25 points Originality & innovation

Prizes for all Finalists – everyone's a winner!

Recipes entered will be judged, and the creators of the highest-scoring cocktails will be invited to participate in a Regional Final. The winners of each Regional Final will win an expenses-paid celebratory trip to the Netherlands for a Cocktail Fever inspirational program.
