Appearance:
Hazy, pale golden with small rising bubbles.
Aroma:
Clean ginger with citrus - lemon and lime zest and lemongrass.
Taste:
Ginger (without the ginger heat of their ginger beer) with lemon and lemongrass citrus. Delicate sweetness is balanced by the acidity from the carbonation.
Aftertaste:
Lime cordial-like notes emerge in the cleansing finish.
Overall:
Light and crisp with ginger and citrus flavours.
