I like this best made with three dashes of Reagan's Orange Bitters instead of the Angostura.

Agreed. I've switched to orange bitters in the recipe above. Many thanks for the feedback.

I also prefer this with orange bitters - I use Fee Brothers. It rounds out and accents the maple syrup.
