Bar: Bar Twenty Seven in Amsterdam

This recipe's creation is based on leftover tulips from Mrs Anouk herself - a floral master from the local flower market. Anouk, known at the market for 20 years, became almost like a second grandmother to one of our bartenders, Brent. It was she, selling flowers at the market, who inspired this special cocktail. Brent, as a little boy, often visited Anouk with his mother to buy flowers, and she always sweetened him with candies. Today, after years, Anouk's flowers have become not only an inspiration for Brent but also for our bar.

Cocktail/initiative name: Real Amsterdamer
Recipe:
Ketel One Vodka infused with Tulips
50 ml Citric Acid
20 ml Daisy cordial (roses and rose pepper)
15 ml Water
80 ml Salt solution
1 dash Peychaud bitters
2 dash Lychee foam
Top up with Tulip perfume spray

Glass: highball
