Inside the cosy space you'll be met with a seriously well curated range of whiskies and a very warm welcome from the knowledgeable staff. Mark took some time to chat to the owner, Matt MacPherson to discover why he set the bar up, his approach to operation a whisky bar in the highlands and his future plans for the Malt Room.
