Sarah Berardi
Conjured in the city of New Orleans this former actor turned bartender has a passion for why hospitality matters, and finding pride in your roots.
Picking up her first cocktail shaker in New Orleans after giving up on acting, Sarah found a new love for entertainment and making people happy in Hospitality. Cutting her teeth in the bartending scene in Scotland, Sarah ran several venues including Draffens and The Blue Room. In her time in Scotland she was nominated for CLASS bar magazine's UK emerging bartender of the year, SLTN's Mixolgist of the year, SLTN's cocktail bar of the year, and was a part of William Grant & Sons 1887 collective.
Merging her Southern charm, sass, big smile, and love for Scotland, this New Orleanian drama queen feels the hospitality industry is the most magical in the world. With a big belief that we all can make someone's day a little bit better, she feels honoured to be able to work and live in Scotland.
If for some reason you are unable to find Sarah, she is often lost in a garden or a plant store trying to figure out what she can grow from home. A true believer that getting your hands dirty is good for the soul, and that a little elbow grease never hurt anybody, her can do attitude has landed her safely in the gardens of Girvana and Hendrick's Gin.
