- 25ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11YO Herb-of-Grace (also known as Ruta Graveolens or Common rue)
- 50ml Oleo Saccharum lime citrus & passion berries
- 20ml Grapefruit super juice
- 20ml Strawberry aperitif liqueur
- 20ml Aged blended red vermouths
Method: Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and single strain.
Inspiration:: This cocktail is inspired by two classic drinks: the Hemingway Special Daiquiri, associated with Ernest Hemingway, and the Blood & Sand, which takes inspiration from the film Bullfighter. These two figures, who shared historical ties with France and Cuba, serve as the inspiration for a new Modern-Classic recipe!
