Established in 2013, Union Distillers was created by engineer and gin enthusiast Mark Gamble who distils gins and other botanical spirits in Gerard, a small 30 litre copper hybrid still with a short bubble plate column. Typical batch volumes are just 100 bottles in any one distillation.
