Boasting seven advanced bottling lines, Avandis is owned in equal share by Lucas Bols, Royal de Kuyper and Herman Jansen as part of a joint venture established in 2001.

In July 2016 the three partners agreed that Avandis would assume responsibility for Distilleerderij Cooymans production and bottling activities after Cooymans went into administration.
