For me, aggressively forward on the rose water aromas. Pairs well with tequila, mezcal, gin, cachaça, charanda. Use in cocktails that lean into floral flavours. Use in a Mexican Boulevardier: 2 parts reposado or añejo mezcal, 1 part ambrato vermouth, 1 part Montenegro, 2 dash mole bitters, orange twist.
