I've not experienced this issue. Please let me know if anything contributed, such as washing, heating, etc.

I washed it twice by hand and was fairly gentle with it as it wasn't very dirty to begin it, only used for cherries. I was trying to store them away when I dropped one on the ground from roughly hip height and it broke apart. I'd expect them to be sturdier than that. I did think about trying to break another to check if it was just that one that was faulty somehow, but I'd rather keep my other 9 intact 😅
