The vermouth has no reason to be in this recipe in my opinion. It adds a funky flavor and doesn't contribute anything of value. Montenegro or maybe another amaro would better serve this cocktail. Maybe even a sweet vermouth, but not bianco. But thats just my taste.
Such a missed opportunity by not calling it Quarantiki!
I made this using my own homemade Suze and the variety of flavors was nearly overwhelming. Love it!
Love this drink but wish it had a more suitable name. Its current name makes it seem so menacing when in reality it's a very refreshing cocktail.
