This was absolutely delicious and perfect for our "Driveways at Dawn" support for our Anzacs. We might need to make it a tradition every year!

I'm not a fan of this rum but the lime juice and ginger beer soften the strong rum; plus I always use extra lime juice which makes this drink even yummier.
