Wasn’t sure what to expect but turned out nice. I served it in a Nick and Nora with a lemon peel garnish. The Aperol added a slight bitterness I wasn’t keen on, but a tiny pinch of salt helped with that.

Quite a tasty drink. Bourbon and Nonino work well together. It’s a little sharp from the lemon juice, but that could easily be softened with a little simple syrup if needed.
