2 and half coconut rum (Barardi)
3 Coconut Cream
4 fresh pineapple
1 Coconut liqueur (Malibu cos I couldn't source anything alternative, but hey, it's all good)
Quarter measure Luxardo liqueur
Quarter measure Triple Sec
Generous squeeze lime juice
Blended with ice...
Until the lime juice is added, it's too sweet but when added - BOOM - the lime balances it out...! Elite. Intense.
