It is my favorite white Rum for Cocktails. I have used Barcardi Carta Blanca before, but the Plantation 3 Stars is in a different league. It has much more flavour and Character. It integrates lovely with other ingrediants.

A very good Tequila on it‘s own. But I was disappointed using it in a Margarita.
For me it was very dominant and not well integrated.
