I'm not sure what popcorn simple syrup is, so I used cinnamon. I also didn't have Mexican corn whiskey, so I used Vago Elote Mezcal. The result had notes of corn from the Elote and the George Dickel Tennessee Sour Mash No.12, was mostly hidden, so it served my purpose.
