Review and Tasting

Appearance:

Clear, pale green gold.

Aroma:

Pungent cardamom, salami, celery leaf, stewed broccoli and buttercups.

Taste:

Rooty bitterness, strongly cardamom, celery seed and stewed vegetables.

Aftertaste:

Hot spicy finish with candied ginger, fresh liquorice root, mace, clove oil and cracked black pepper. Perhaps should be more accurately labelled cardamom bitters as we failed to find much in the way of celery flavour.
