Produced in small batches in copper pot stills, this is the flagship gin of Australian Distilling Co. who say this "gin puts a unique Australian stamp on the London dry gin style, with a juniper-forward palate that is perfectly offset by coriander, cardamom and nutmeg."
Key botanicals
Cardamom seeds – richly fragrant with hints of rosemary, pepper, lemon and eucalyptus.
Nutmeg – imparts a sweet earthy aroma which complements and enhances savoury notes in the gin.
Angelica root – imparts musk-like notes.
