Australian Distilling Co. Rhapsody Ruby Gin is the result of a collaboration between Australian Distilling Co. and South Australian tea merchants T BAR.
This ruby-hued gin, infused with T BAR's Serendipi-T tea blend, was originally developed as a one-off for an event but its popularity has led to it being a permanent part of Australian Distilling Co.'s range.

Juniper - a key botanical in all gin, the darkly coloured berry-like seeds have a pine-like herbaceous aroma.
Rose - the epitome of a 'floral' scent, the fresh scent of a blooming rose evokes spring.
Serendipi-T - a caffeine-free tea blend combining elderberries, blackcurrants and leaves, hibiscus, rosehip peel, and apple pieces.
