Clear and bright. Pale straw yellow with green tints.

Aroma:

Very aromatic. Blanched almonds, Parmigiano cheese crust, thyme, crispy croissants and chalk minerality.

Light-bodied, savoury and bone-dry with chalky minerality and hints of thyme and salinity.

Aftertaste:

Long and dry with light salinity.

Overall:

A great example of a classically styled fino from the town of Jerez de la Frontera.
