How to make:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker in order. Shake vigorously for 25–30 seconds. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a half slice of dried lemon.

| 1/6 fl oz | Qīng Xiāng/fēn Xiāng (light fragrance) Baijiu |
| 2/3 fl oz | Plantation 3 Stars rum |
| 1 fl oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
