How to make:
Add all ingredients except Prosecco to a cocktail shaker and muddle the thyme well.
Shake well with ice and fine strain into a chilled flute glass.
Top with chilled Prosecco.

| 5/6 fl oz | Génépi liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 dash | Grapefruit bitters |
| 2 sprig | Fresh thyme |
| 2 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
