Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake for a mere ten to fifteen seconds. Double-strain and pour the Principessa dell'Ananas into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass. Twist a lemon peel over the surface to flavor it (discard it).

| 1 fl oz | Pineapple juice |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup |
