This cocktail is inspired by the collective called 'Lekkernassûh' and is clarified version of the Ketel One Bloody Mary. Lekkernassûh is an organized community of people working together with the vision of offering a fair, local food system in and around The Hague. They deliver their ingredients fresh, raw and naturally direct from the fields to the customer.
Their main activity is the weekly fresh market on several locations around The Hague. The goal is to use locally produced ingredients and support the local farmers. By buying our ingredients for this serve at the different locations from Lekkernassûh we directly support the local farmers reducing our carbon footprint. The by product from creating our ingredients for this drink (tomato and basil pulp), are dried and used for our custom salt blend which is used as a garnish for the cocktail. We also provide the dried leftovers and custom salt to the market so they can sell it.

50ml Ketel One Vodka
25ml Acidified white pepper solution (2%)
5ml Chili tincture
100ml clarified Tomato juice
Garnish: tomato/basil salt rim, Dried basil cake, gin infused pickle.
Glass: Highball
