This initiative aims to contribute to the restoration of stability and growth in the Kenyan hospitality industry, where the drink is a symbol of peace. It is a call to action meant to inspire Kenyan youth to embrace dialogue and understanding over conflict.

Hospitality is one of the leading sources of revenue and employment globally, and in Kenya, it plays a crucial role in our nation's economy. However, the recent wave of youth protests, driven by profound desire for societal change, has caused a significant, negative impact on our hospitality industry. This ongoing unrest threatens not just businesses but also the livelihoods of countless young people who work in this sector. My drink is more than just a cocktail-it's a symbol of peace, and a call to action meant to inspire Kenyan youth to embrace dialogue and understanding over conflict. Through this initiative, I hope to contribute to the restoration of stability and growth in the Kenyan hospitality industry.

The drink's sales model is designed to create real, tangible impact. 90% of the proceeds are directed towards organizations dedicated to peacebuilding, while the remaining 10% goes to directly support hospitality workers who have been adversely affected by the unrest. To ensure this initiative reaches as many people as possible, I've actively engaged my fellow bartenders, providing them with training and education on how to craft this cocktail.

Additionally, the drink features a QR code that links to a social media campaign, designed to raise awareness and encourage peaceful conversations among the youth. Tea, a staple in Kenyan culture, is traditionally enjoyed as a means to start conversations and bring people together. I hope that as young people sip this drink, they will engage in deeper, more meaningful dialogues that can lead to the peaceful change they're hoping to enact.
