Garnish:
Luxardo maraschino cherry dropped in the bottom before pouring.
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 3/4 fl oz | Monkey 47 gin |
1 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Monin Orgeat syrup |
1 dash (4 drops) | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white |
Notes:
Boozy, yet sweet, with a fragrant maraschino musk. Tart with a syrupy frangipane haze.
