Named after a rare locally quarried rock, Puddingstone Distillery sits in the Chiltern Hills and is home to a 50 litre still called Isabella and a 200 litre still called Amelia, named after two female adventurers – Isabella Lucy Bird and Amelia Earhart.

The distillery, Hertfordshire’s first ever gin distillery, was opened in November 2016 by husband and wife team, Ben and Kate Marston.

The distillery shop is open to the public on Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9:30am-5pm.
