Review

The Spirit is a cocktail bar located in the hearth of Porta Romana in Milan. Porta Romana is a famous area in the city centre where you can find nice Italian restaurants, traditional trattorias, fusion restaurants and a few cocktails bar one of these is The Spirit.

The Spirit is not easy to find, you need to be curious and adventurous to see the sign. Once inside, you are in the 80s: velvet sofas, extravagant mirrors and games of sparkling lights lures you down in a world of illusion and magic, where the perception of time and the world outside fades away.

Surrounded by rare bottles from all over the world used for unusual cocktails or served neat just to enjoy a sip of long aged spirits from exotic lands.

The servers is full dedicated to the guests needs since on their arrival. Welcome water and welcome drink are served when you take a sit at the bar or at the table, the drink list is presented like the waiter know really well his job, introduction the concept of the bar and the drinks.

You just have to choose your drink and enjoy the time inside this tiny but really homely bar. The Spirit has an exclusive membership program that gives its members access to additional services and exclusive privileges such as a direct channel for reservations, dedicated events, personal drawers for bottle and a private entrance to the bar.

We recommend you to order the "We try a Not a Club Soda". It is a pre-batch drink based on gin served in a bottle of soda.
