Named after Vesper Lynd, according to Ian Fleming's Casino Royale the only woman James Bond truly loved, it is fitting that Bond memorabilia not only dot the walls and shelves of this bar, but the cocktail Bond named in her memory heads up the well-written cocktail menu.
