Dormer

Established in 2018, Dormer takes a distinctly local approach to cocktail making, drawing inspiration from regional ingredients, traditional flavours and familiar culinary memories.

The bar's intimate, warmly lit interior, with its wooden furnishings and views over the lively streets below, provides a relaxed retreat from Haeundae's energetic nightlife.

Dormer is led by co-owner bartenders Jin Chul Kim, winner of the 2024 Bols Cocktail Battle Korea, and Ki Seok 'David' Yang, runner-up in Diageo World Class Korea 2026. Their competition success reflects the team's commitment to the craft, while regular guest shifts and collaborations in Seoul, Taiwan, China and elsewhere across Asia have helped extend the bar's reputation beyond Busan.

The cocktail offering balances inventive Korean and Busan-inspired signatures with familiar classics, complemented by a selection of whiskies.
