Hidden beneath the Riggs Washington DC hotel in the city's Penn Quarter neighbourhood, Silver Lyan is the first American cocktail bar from acclaimed bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana, better known as Mr Lyan. In the former vault of the historic Riggs National Bank, the bar serves imaginative cocktails in an atmospheric setting that celebrates the building's banking heritage.
