Italian-British cocktail pub, focusing on craft cocktails and wine.
Without Papers (WOP) was the derogatory term for Italians and other Mediterranean immigrants to the United States during the 1950s. In this bar it proudly represents the journey of its three Italian founders, who have all made their home in London: Massimiliano Bosio, Marco Piroli and Gaetano De Simone. The bar's name also inspired its impressive passport-styled menu.
Without Papers boasts an impressive wine list, an Italian-led food menu and, as every pub should have, beer and stout on draught.
